The ACC Guru
ACC Mid-Season Awards

It's hard to believe, but with every team having played at least 9 conference games, we're half way through the college basketball season. Selection Sunday is only six weeks away, and the ACC Tournament gets underway in just 37 days. Thus far, Miami has been the surprising and feel-good story of the ACC and finds itself atop of the standings thanks to a Charlie Moore half-court, buzzer-beater against Virginia Tech earlier this week. Duke and Notre Dame are only a half-game back of Miami, and North Carolina, Wake Forest, and Florida State are all within shouting distance from the top. I can't see any of the other 9 teams making a run at a regular season championship, so they'll rely on a miracle run in Brooklyn to hang a banner this year.
Since we're halfway through the season, I'm going to take a look at the standings as they currently stand, where I think every team will finish, and the Power Rankings. I'm also going to give out mid-season awards, and take a look at the NCAA Tournament hopeful team's resumes. Check it out below, and as always feedback is greatly appreciated. Let me know what you guys would like to see more of during the rest of the season. Thanks for reading!
